A deposit may be required to initiate work. All designs developed for custom orders remain the intellectual property of Ember & Stem unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Workshop Experiences

Participation in our pottery and glass art workshops is subject to availability and separate booking terms. Safety guidelines and instructions provided during workshops must be strictly followed. Ember & Stem is not liable for any injuries sustained due to failure to follow safety instructions.
